Session 3 is going well, and we couldn’t be more pleased with this great group of kids. Everyone is having lots of fun and forming a kind and respectful community. This is our first three-week session ever, and the campers are enjoying the opportunity to be able to accomplish more than they ever could in two weeks. Today, our first whitewater kayaking, mountain snorkeling, and Jocassee canoeing overnight depart, along with an advanced climbing trip to Cedar Rock. Tomorrow we begin our first mountain biking overnight. Of course there is still counselor hunt, the Pinnacle Cup, gold rush, whitewater rafting, cabin overnights, and other exciting trips and events to look forward to in the days ahead.
