Summer 2025: A Season of Growth and Gratitude

As we reflect on Summer 2025 at Camp Pinnacle, one word stands out most: gratitude. We are grateful for our campers, who brought boundless energy, curiosity, and joy to every day. We are grateful for our staff, who invested deeply in creating a safe and supportive community. And above all, we are grateful for you, our camp families, for trusting us with something so precious — your children.

This summer was filled with countless moments of magic: campers learning to take their first strokes in a canoe, feeling proud of conquering crocs and socks, losing their voice cheering for Green Team during the relay, or quietly reflecting together as we said goodbye at Closing Campfire. These moments may look simple, but they hold lasting impact. Parents often tell us that in the weeks after camp, they notice their children approaching life with new independence, greater confidence, more responsibility, and a respectful attitude toward others. Those are the transformations that make camp so powerful.

We also saw the ripple effect of that growth on our staff. Counselors arrived eager to mentor and left inspired by the resilience and creativity of the campers they led. Our community found strength in these relationships, and it created a summer where everyone — campers and staff alike — walked away with lessons they’ll carry far beyond camp.

As we look ahead, we’re encouraged to see this impact reflected in the momentum for next summer. Enrollment for 2026 is already outpacing previous years, a sign of the confidence families continue to place in the Camp Pinnacle experience. That trust inspires us to keep building summers that shape character, create friendships, and spark joy in the lives of young people.

With camp a bit quieter now, we are reminded that the magic of camp is not in the place, but the people. It’s you all that brings life, energy and inspiration to us all for a short 3 months. We are already looking forward to welcoming campers back next year, for more successes and challenges, pushing us towards more resilience in 2026.

Thank you for being part of the Camp Pinnacle family. We couldn’t do this without you.
