Why Camp Pinnacle?
Camp Pinnacle is built around a simple idea: kids grow best when they are understood and supported. Our intentional size strikes that balance, big enough for every camper to find their people, small enough that our staff know each one by name, personality, and need. From the moment campers cross the bridge on Opening Day, their session is packed with activities and adventure: a night under the stars, an off-camp trip into the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains, and a day of whitewater rafting. These aren’t upgrades or electives; they’re a part of every summer at Camp Pinnacle.
Sending your child to camp is a real investment. What they bring home is harder to put a price on: independence, friendships built without a screen, and a stronger sense of who they are and how they navigate the world around them. Camp doesn’t just fill a summer, it helps lay a foundation for the road ahead. For nearly a century, that combination of community, programming, and care keeps families coming back, summer after summer.

Camp Sessions
Camp Pinnacle offers thoughtfully designed two and three-week sessions that give campers the best balance of growth, adventure, and lasting friendships. Families may choose two sessions to create a longer experience.
For younger or first-time campers who aren’t quite ready for two weeks, we also offer a one-week Junior Camp to help them ease into the camp experience with confidence.
All-Inclusive Tuition
We know camp is a big investment, so your tuition covers everything your camper needs for an incredible experience: lodging, meals, daily activities, adventure gear, and off-camp trips. We don’t charge extra for snacks, gear rentals, canteen accounts, or ground transportation to and from the airport; no surprise costs.
We want you and your camper to feel like part of the Camp Pinnacle family, not customers. We’ll care for your child the way we’d care for our own.
Payment Options & Financial Aid
We believe every child deserves the chance to experience Camp Pinnacle. That’s why we offer flexible payment plans and limited financial assistance through our Campership Endowment Fund for qualifying families.
