Mikey

Mikey is joining Camp Pinnacle for his first summer as a cabin counselor. Originally from Nelson, New Zealand, he is currently living in Christchurch, where he is completing his post-graduate degree in industrial design. Outside of his studies, Mikey has a deep love for the outdoors. From swimming in the rivers of Nelson Lakes to fishing at Cable Bay, you can find him outside in his spare time. He is excited to bring his passion for sports-especially football as well as his skills in hiking, mountain biking, bushcraft, and camping to camp this summer. Mikey is also a New Zealand representative in croquet, having competed in the under-21 world championships, with aspirations to reach the open world championships in the future. Though he will miss home, Mikey can’t wait to make North Carolina his second home and share unforgettable adventures with campers. Welcome to camp, Mikey!
