Dear parents,

Thanks for considering Camp Pinnacle. We have dedicated our lives to the growth and success of our campers. More than a fun summer diversion, we believe Camp Pinnacle is a defining life experience that helps kids gain the skills needed to thrive in the 21st century.

In 2011, we undertook the challenge of our lives: We reopened a closed summer camp that had formerly been one of the country’s great legacy camps. We knew that with more than 30 years of experience in camping and teaching that we were uniquely qualified, but it was still a formidable risk.

Reopening Camp Pinnacle has turned out to be the best decision we have ever made. We’ve completely renovated our beautiful 126-acre campus, and the sheer fun and joy our campers discover at Pinnacle has helped us become part of hundreds of families’ lives. Through our new approach to summer camp we’ve developed a camp format that truly fits the modern family. Our rustic, unplugged environment connects kids to nature and is the perfect vehicle for our Great 8 Outcomes and 5 R’s.

What we underestimated was how powerful Camp Pinnacle would be in helping us raise our own four children. Our kids have loved their relationships with the Camp Pinnacle counselors, which has reinforced our belief that when children learn life lessons from role models who aren’t their parents, the learning is taken more quickly to heart. Camp Pinnacle remains a joyous place for our kids, and we hope you, too, will consider camp to be a valuable part of your child’s education, independence and growth.

We’d love to get to know you and your family. Feel free to call us anytime at 855-378-1928; we are eager to speak with you, learn about your children and answer your questions!
